The interview was pleasant, they (pre-pandemic at least) give you a little tour of the facility and introduce you to multiple team members and scientists that you may work with. They do ask you a lot of questions so be prepared to answer and make sure you know your stuff. Get a solid review of your organic chemistry basics in before you show up.
