The interview process was Behavior based questions with several managers. They had different categories and each took turns asking the questions. The questions were preselected from a set list ahead of time.

Panel interview with all pertinent roles involved including the hiring manager, the IT manager, an HR representative and someone who understood the day to day details of the employees I would be managing. It took about 1.5 hours.
