Applied online and was contacted by HR. The HR person was polite but started off by saying that managers were interested in seeing people who had been with companies for over 5+ years consistently. Wake up people this is 2020 and most employees do not stay that long at at given job. Needless to say the HR person was like I don’t think this will be a good fit due to me not being at the same company for more than 5 years. Not sure why I was even contacted in the first place. They also had me provide a detail project I worked on prior to the phone interview. This place has definitely left a bad impression and I’ll not be giving this place another chance.
