A meeting with questions from supervisors, followed by another meeting with the director of labs and other middle managers. They asked a lot of questions where you would be presented with a problem and you had to describe how you would perform the task and/or overcome the problem.

Very technical-oriented interview, with only a few behavioral questions. Expect a lot of questions related to the job description. Not too difficult but be prepared for rapid fire chemistry questions.
