Lengthy phone call initially then an on site interview with shop floor tour. The interview was masked by the amount of time I was kept waiting in reception, Probably a hour total. Unfortunately I needed to leave by a certain time to meet my wife for a scan so then the interview was rushed because of the amount of time wasted. I was happy to come back another day, but they insisted the site manager met me - even though she was still on the phone. Interview only lasted around 15 mins and seemed really disorganized and wasn’t even interviewed by my senior. Seemed unstable. Lots of change for what is a surprisingly small site. Wasn’t a great representation of Thermo as it’s portrayed.
