It was one day process, 3 technical and then a managerial round, all 3 technical were quite good, they asked all UI concepts and that too in depth, I was really impressed with the technical rounds and all the interviewers were quite polite but what ruined the experience is the final managerial round, it was kind of a demo interview, I mean the manager seemed to be inexperienced and he was trying to improve his skills, he was asking all memorized silly questions and he was literally trying to figure it out from his list of questions. As it proceeds, I realized, he was completely incapable and inexperienced and even not confident enough to take any decision. He is just trying to learn and improve himself.
