The actual interview was ok but had to wait nearly 8 weeks from submitting application. Only received confirmation I was unsuccessful 6 weeks after interview. The recruitment team has a big problem with keeping applicants engaged. I will never apply to this business again given three months for an application is ridiculous. Especially with the size of the business.
