J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Thermo Fisher Scientific
Entretien
First call from in-house recruiter who did the typical pre-screen thing (resume is true, why are you looking, are you a decent human). about two weeks later, call with the hiring manager and one other engineer where they poked about my technical background, seeing what I (said I) could do, and clearly trying to think through how I'd fit into the team (personality, soft skills, and code-construction). Final interview was in-person. Included lunch, tour, then interview with part of the team. Included a typical coding interview on a whiteboard. I definitely didn't ace the problem, but I got the gist. Apparently was good enough, I got a verbal offer about a week later (followed by written offer)

Interview was straightforward and pleasant as far as software interviews go. Group interview with the team who then reviews and comes to a collective decision on whether to hire you.
