Applied through school and got a call immediately from the HR. The entire process was extremely quick, as I got invited down for an interview in 3 days time.
Short 30 minutes presentation at their Marsiling HQ.
Tell me about yourself. Why do you want this role?
It was an informal discussion with two finance department VP to know more about you and your motivations. No technical questions were asked.
The program has different streams, such as reporting, FP&A and accounting or a mix of all depending on where you get assigned to.
The only downside was this is just a 12-months contract role. But pay wise is okay. After the interview, the HR will inform you within the day or two, and you will be given a day to accept the offer.
