The entire process took about 7 weeks. I applied in online late January, a little over a week later I received an email from a recruiter asking me to complete a short form with questions (already included in the application), and also let me know I had 72 hours to complete a phone screen. The phone screen lasted about 35 minutes and involved me recording questions that were asked by a pre-recorded machine. The next week I got an email saying I was selected for an in person interview, and directed me to a link to complete another application. Days later I got a call from someone in Talent Acquisitions who let me know there were looking to hire someone ASAP and asked if I could interview the following day at 8am. I could not, so it was scheduled a few days later. I interviewed with four separate individuals at the office in Durham from 8 - 10am. I thought the interview went very well, and asked my final interviewer, the Sr HR Manager when I should here back and was told the next week. I sent thank you emails to everyone I met with, and shot the HR Manager a follow up email a week after I was told to expect a decision and heard nothing. It was extremely disappointing spending that much time and energy with this entire process to have the employer be too busy to send a simple email letting me know another candidate has been selected. Poor communication left me feeling used and disposable.
