So far the worst ever interview process. There were 4 rounds 1. Basic screening 2. Technical round 3. Managerial round 4. HR round All done on the same day. After I was through all the round's I was informed they're looking for someone in lower band and experience then me for that team. After 2 days I got a call asking to come over as they have a team who has opening for band (experience) as in I was. There was again a techno-Managerial round and they decided they want someone of lower band again. They would have hired if I had opted to go to lower band taking low package then I already had.
