Process was very long, and thorough, overall took about 3 months from when application was submitted to receiving an offer. First were calls with HR talent scouts, then phone interview with hiring manager, then face to face with hiring manager and two team members. Interview difficulty definitely depends on hiring manager, can vary greatly.
