Well Organised interview for a fresher student by deciding the interview date by pre-call confirmation. At first, you have to fill a form that has all your information about personal info, educational background, previous company information. Then they arranged a personal interview by manager level person. Food and travel allowances are provided.

desribe my skill and capability that I can contribute to company in the future,explanation about company situation and business goal,within less than 3 hours interview happening and i could start working at tomorrow, nothing like common, I dont take any test for IQ or skill, they refer to my CV only and want to understand my skill verbally.
