3 stage interview.
1st interview is just basic questions, who you are, what you like, why choose this career path, what you know about the role of a content/technical writer etc. Be sure to make them understand that you're joining the company for a long term career and not moving abroad anytime soon since they want to retain their employees.
2nd interview - Basic math, some analytical problems which even an O-level candidate can do. Next is the summary of a given passage and then a small essay on a certain topic. You need to type fast to finish this in time.
3rd stage - another discussion interview where they ask you your expected salary. They will ask you questions related to Java and if you were to write a user guide how would you start.
What I didn't like about the interview process is how they informed me the previous night of the interview rather than earlier and also they're not very friendly, a bit uptight.
