HR phone discussion was brief, asked standard questions. Gave overview of what they do and what is the position.
After that its all downhill. Person who took my phone interview had no interest. Felt like he was forced to take an interview. Very bad for company. Anyways after horrible interview they did not contact me. Common courtesy is to let candidate know that she/he is not a good match for this position.
