Contacted by a recruiter. Had an initial screening, cleared it and was asked for a 1 hour tech screening. The interview didnt went bad, I think I did good overall. However its been over 3 weeks and no response. I had followed up but no silence. Zappos boats about WOWing and dont even care about responding back to candidates. Its so disappointing to get ghosted!!
