They call you for a phone interview then a one on one with the director and finally one with the site manager
Phone interview is just a prescreening pricess to kind of get to know you a bit
The second interview with the director is to find out which school site you would fit into
The last interview is with the site manager where you present a lesson plan to the children

Entretien
Group interview with many other candidates across different sites. The interviewer would go through a set of slides and ask questions to every candidate one by one. The questions are fairly simple and relate closely to what you do on the job.

We had a quick chat about previous work experience and working with children. We discussed some of the activities I’d done in other rolls. We also discussed my comfort level working with different groups and ages. We also discussed preferred schedule and training that I would need to complete.
