The initial phone interview was very general. I described what I knew about the YMCA and what opportunities I saw myself gaining there. I spoke about my past experience in service and mostly gave a review of my resume. The one on one interview was more questions from them. They asked a lot of generic questions.

It was exciting prospect. disappointed i didnt get it
