Group Interview over Zoom. They asked us all a question, then asked us all to individually answer. Each time, changing the order of who answered. It was about 30-1hr, probably wouldve been shorter if it was just me.

What experience, if any, do you have in childcare?
It was quick and efficient. The interview was conducted online over video call. There were multiple rounds of interviews. I talked with two different people who were in charge of hiring.
Group interview zoom call. Various ping pong style questions. Pretty straight forward asked about how you would fit and what made you stand out. The call was about 15-20 minutes.
Met up with manager in office, got asked a few standard questions, before getting shown around the place. Very standard and simple for any teen looking for a part time job
