First they had me take a word per minute test and then filled out an application even though you sent in a resume and or a cover letter via craigslist and they have your resume on file/hand. Then once finished they bring in the owner, who loves to talk ALOT! My interview lasted about three hours because of his stories and endless questions. I wish I could be more detailed but past the usual questions, he wouldn't stop the stories!

Before my interview, I was asked to do a personality test and an aptitude test. The interview lasted about three hours-the president likes to talk and tell stories. He also will quiz you a bit to see what you already are familiar with. I was basically offered the job at the end of the interview.
