Interview process was pretty standard for a PM role. I met all the criteria experience-wise that was listed on the JD. I went through all rounds of interviews and they said I did great and they loved my experience. Ultimately they said they wouldn't bring me on because they "weren't aligned internally" on what they actually needed for the role. My advice: don't waste peoples time and make sure what you put in a JD is actually what you're looking for because I spent a lot of time and effort and you didn't even know what you wanted.
