I was interviewed initially and then recieved a callback for a second interview. It was to the point. Evaluated your interest in health, work ethic, and team skills in order to scout for you to be a part of their own. They seem genuinely interested in your passion for health and your willingness to grow.

What was the last health/fitness related article/book you've read?
Multiple rounds, friendly interviewers. I had a phone interview first, then an in-person with the store manager. The last round was another phone interview, this time with the district manager
The interview was super relaxed but very professional. They didn't expect me to "know everything," instead they emphasized a willingness to learn and work as a team. It was very reassuring and I got a great vibe from both the manager and assistant manager.

Entretien
Application was online and simple. We set up an interview with the SM and then set up a second interview with the DM. Sometimes they will combine these into one interview.
