They are looking for specific answers describing real scenarios where you went above and beyond. I was welcomed in a very nice way. They took a lot of notes. It was kind of awkward because they were not making eye contact. I was interviewed first by the assistant manager and then called in again to interview with the store manager .
Multiple rounds, friendly interviewers. I had a phone interview first, then an in-person with the store manager. The last round was another phone interview, this time with the district manager
The interview was super relaxed but very professional. They didn't expect me to "know everything," instead they emphasized a willingness to learn and work as a team. It was very reassuring and I got a great vibe from both the manager and assistant manager.

Application was online and simple. We set up an interview with the SM and then set up a second interview with the DM. Sometimes they will combine these into one interview.
