1 Phone interview with a manager, a in person interview with store manager, then another in person interview with district manager. The in person interviews were in the back room (no break room in the store) and no heat in the back room.

received an interview with the store manager for a brief interview. I was then told I would move further for a second interview. My second interview was with the district manager a few days later

asked me questions regarding previous experience, specific to retail, selling and customer service. they asked why I chose to work at this company
Quick, pointed questions about experience, knowledge of company and hypo situations. Great conversation with store manager, got to get a tour of store, back, meet the Regional Director since he sat in on the meeting. Hired within 2 weeks!

Entretien
The interview wasn’t too difficult. He asked about my past experiences and various scenario questions. My store was very short staffed so I was asked about my availability as well because they wanted me to start very soon. I would say she wasn’t really a good interviewer.
