Easy asked basic questions and about my schedule. Talked to manager and assistant manager. They were easy to talk to. It was very laidback, in the back room of the store. Mostly want to make sure you have some type of managing material and can trust to open and close a store.

received an interview with the store manager for a brief interview. I was then told I would move further for a second interview. My second interview was with the district manager a few days later

Quick, pointed questions about experience, knowledge of company and hypo situations. Great conversation with store manager, got to get a tour of store, back, meet the Regional Director since he sat in on the meeting. Hired within 2 weeks!

The interview wasn’t too difficult. He asked about my past experiences and various scenario questions. My store was very short staffed so I was asked about my availability as well because they wanted me to start very soon. I would say she wasn’t really a good interviewer.
