There were two private meetings with the manager in the back room. The first was to ascertain my skills and presentation, as well as discuss compensation. The second covered benefits and compensation. The compensation offered was less than discussed in the primary interview. No explanation was given.
received an interview with the store manager for a brief interview. I was then told I would move further for a second interview. My second interview was with the district manager a few days later

Quick, pointed questions about experience, knowledge of company and hypo situations. Great conversation with store manager, got to get a tour of store, back, meet the Regional Director since he sat in on the meeting. Hired within 2 weeks!

Entretien
The interview wasn’t too difficult. He asked about my past experiences and various scenario questions. My store was very short staffed so I was asked about my availability as well because they wanted me to start very soon. I would say she wasn’t really a good interviewer.
