Entretien
Three interviews in total, one with the assistant manager, the store manager, and the district manager. Drug test [urine] followed after a criminal history in background check. Whole process took 3-4 days. I did decline the offer not because it was a bad job, i just happen to get another job at another company I was looking for.
received an interview with the store manager for a brief interview. I was then told I would move further for a second interview. My second interview was with the district manager a few days later

asked me questions regarding previous experience, specific to retail, selling and customer service. they asked why I chose to work at this company
Quick, pointed questions about experience, knowledge of company and hypo situations. Great conversation with store manager, got to get a tour of store, back, meet the Regional Director since he sat in on the meeting. Hired within 2 weeks!

Entretien
The interview wasn’t too difficult. He asked about my past experiences and various scenario questions. My store was very short staffed so I was asked about my availability as well because they wanted me to start very soon. I would say she wasn’t really a good interviewer.
