Entretien
Filled out an app online on a Thursday. The next day I received a phone call from the store owner about setting up an interview. The following Monday I went in for my interview. & that Tuesday I was offered a position.
It is an entry level customer service role. The UPS Store is franchised to it will be different everywhere you go. However, the interview process was pretty simple. I would not stress about what questions you are going to get.

Was haphazard and not a place I wanted to work based on the interview. Each location is individually owned so it will depend on the owner but the process involved me waiting so long I was about to leave before I went back.

Quick interview process, but it really depends on the store and the manager(s). The stores are franchised and independently owned. Most likely only one interview, two the most, but pretty easy process.
