The entire hiring process took about three months. There were at least four rounds of interviews. Each interview involved questions that related to my experience and how it could be utilized when speaking with folx in crisis.

Mostly standard interview questions, along with job specific questions as well as a mock call/answer at the end to get a feel for my natural responses. Very amiable and warm interviewers, ultimately felt more like a reasonably challenging conversation that lasted 45 minutes.

Later that week I also had a skype interview with the Chief Officer of the crisis team. Pretty standard interview questions, but I was surprised how extensive the process was for a part time job.
