6 round interview. Please don't bother, especially if you're a college graduate. I will be fair, the 6 people I interviewed with was nice. However, they all just asked the same questions in these separate 1 hour interviews. I'm not necessarily mad about the rejection. But the fact they dragged it out to 6 interviews (when it could have been 1 seeing they all asked the same questions) is what made me want to pause job hunting. This one (or 6) really knocked me down. Edit: This was an entry level position. So you can see why I'm frustrated about the interview process.
