A recruiter first reach out to me to have a conversation about what I was looking for and gave an overview of the company. The interview process after that didn't really make sense. I first interviewed with a product leader in one area, and then interviewed with a product leader in a different area. The first interview was 45 mins but the second was only 30 mins. We didn't have time to talk about much. I didn't receive communication for a week or so, then I was told that they were going with another candidate and that the team felt I was not technical enough. Pretty surprising since I didn't have a technical interview and had hardly any time to speak with them!

Entretien
The process started with a screening, and then an initial call with the hiring manager. This first call was more of a chat, gauging my experience and overall knowledge of the ins and outs of the role. After this, the process continued with 4 interviews: one with a technical peer in software engineering, and another three with different PMs in the company. Most of the interviews were a combination of experience-based, hypothetical, and behavioural questions, often with time for a more informal chat and a nice back and forth with the interviewer regarding a diverse set of topics. Beyond questions, everyone was super nice and approachable, often challenging me but always keeping it enjoyable.
Props especially to James Budnik, the recruiter, who was extremely amicable and managed to juggle everyone's agendas amid Christmas.

Entretien
The interview process took was very long and very unorganized. The whole process took over two months, they were very unorganized and really didn't have a schedule feedback or any plans on how to fill the role.
