From the initial phase of early interviews with the recruiter, until I was informed about the recruiting process result, took nearly 3 months to complete. They were around 5 rounds of interviews in total, with the final phase of study case and panel discussions. The questions weren't all that difficult, but rather more on the physiological side to cover around your leadership style and problem solving in various situation. The most time consuming aspect was the waiting part from one interview round to the next phase, which could have been shorter.

Entretien
The interview process went well, people were warm and welcoming. First round was with the hiring manager onsite (Director, Client Services) which went well and I was asked for loop interview which consisted of 3 rounds (1st with an Associate director, BD, 2nd with GM, Client services and 3rd with GM, BD). All interviews were completed within 3 weeks, which I think was pretty fast.
The recruiter reached out 2 days after all the rounds were completed mentioning they want to schedule a feedback call in 2 days time, but I was ghosted after that. No calls, no emails.
