Turned out to be a complete waste of time. They will string you along. They say updates will come within a certain date during the process, but then the date passes with no explanation and then they contact you days later to say updates will be coming. I should have known better. Multiple phone rounds and in-person rounds which included a presentation. In the end, they decided not to offer, but couldn't give a clear answer as to why. It's ok to say you found a different candidate or the fit isn't what you're looking for. I'm an adult, I can handle it. The process took three months from start to finish. Usually if a company wants you, they will move as quickly as possible. Again, I should have known better.

I had a recruiter screen call, another screen call with the hiring manager, then was invited to come in person for a 2 hour "panel" interview (4, 30 minute separate conversations), final presentation round. 7 Conversations in total.

a few screeners followed by inperson with 3 back to backs. It is a smooth process and they guide you through it. I enjoyed it! I would recommend this to a friend or a coworker
