Applied online on TTD's website and got an email from HR two days later asking about availability for a call. The screener call was straight forward and easy but it was also very obvious that they were looking for a particular fit in their culture.
Towards the end of the call I was told that they would let me know if they wanted to proceed further in about a week. It's now been about 47 days and they haven't bothered to get back to me. I sent a follow up exactly one week after the call and they didn't respond to that either. I ended up taking a position elsewhere but for a company that prides itself on culture, collaboration and other such metrics..their lack of professionalism in letting applicants know is appalling. Looking at a few of the other negative reviews here it seems this same thing has happened to a few others as well.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez The Trade Desk (Singapour) en juil. 2020

Had a phone interview with recruiter which was the worst experience I've ever had.
Recruiter called and grilled me on everything from why I was interested in the role and what is my current role/job scope with a unpleasant tone and seemed rush.
Super rude recruiter would interrupt while I was answering her questions, got details on my resume wrong and acted like I had sent her my unupdated resume which was false as I checked and I sent her the correct one.
Mixed up between my current job and previous job when I explained why I was interested in the role and how the role was similar to what I am currently doing.
To put it simply, I don't wish anyone to go through what I did and have to converse with such rude person. Completely a waste of time and left a very bad impression of the company.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez The Trade Desk (Madrid) en août 2019

It was a process around 4-5 weeks: first with HR, manager and part of the team, and a final presentation to the manager and an international manager . Everything was quite great, good communication and really easy to arrange the interviews with HR team.

I had a phone interview with a hiring manager about the position. He asked me some basic questions about my qualifications and why I feel I would be a good fit for the position. There wasn't anything unexpected or crazy. He put a big emphasis on how The Trade Desk is a high demand workplace and whether I was prepared for that kind of responsibility. After the interview, he said that he would get back to me in the next two days about whether they were moving forward with me or not. I didn't hear back in two days and didn't hear back after I sent a follow up email either. After about 3 weeks, they finally sent me an email to let me know that they hired someone else for the position.
