Entretien
Very serious about cultural fit. Started with a screening call that went over resume and past experience. Then interviewed in person with 5 different employees from various departments for about 30 mins each. Each interview was very stress free and comfortable. Spent the majority of time getting to know you and your interests and goals and how you think and work. Want to make sure you are comfortable in front of clients as well as confident and well spoken. Final interview was a take home case study that was a simplified version of what you'd be doing daily in the role. Had a few days to prepare a deck and then presented to two people in the office. Overall very refreshing compared to finance interviews I've had. Everyone I talked with was genuinely excited about their careers and the company overall. Really helped me make my decision in the end.

Not a huge fan of having to create a presentation without compensation. Other than that everyone was quite friendly and personable. Would’ve finished the process if it wasn’t for the presentation

Asked about prior experience, goals, other standard questions. I exited the process when I found out there was a presentation involved.
After putting in the initial online application, I got a request for a phone interview about a week later. The phone interview was fairly straightforward: a few behavioral questions and questions about my resume. The interviewer then explained that the next step in the interview process would be a case study, which they would give me a few days to prepare for. I thought the interview ended well, but apparently not because I was informed a few days later that the position had been filled and there would be no need for me to proceed to the case study. Honestly not sure if I did anything wrong, but that was the end of the interview process for me.

Entretien
Initially I was impressed with the response time of one day to my application. From there, however, progress slowed down painfully. The first phone interview was pleasant but the on-site interview was delayed several times. The people interviewing me were 20 minutes late but friendly and promised to call me later that week. I never heard back.
