Basic interview by the director but right after the interview there is psikotest. I got no notification about the result of the psikotest wether passed or failed. They ghost me.

Standard. Consists of several processes such as Human Capital Interview 1 & 2, User Interview, and Interview with the Directors. Standard questions are not too difficult to discuss each candidate's personal, work experience and study life (asked to explain their thesis and activities during their studies). The interviewer was good and quite impressive.
