This is for an interview I had around 2 years ago with The Teen Project.
The interviewer was not only late to our interview, but was also combative and rude. Her questions were inappropriate and she made an off-handed remarks about my small size, saying: "you look like you could be a client". I'm petite because of a genetic disorder and that comment did not sit right with me.
Her office was showered in gifts and flowers that were meant to be for clientele, and she seemed to take pride in taking these things away and displaying them like trophies in her office. I understand the ethics surrounding personal gifts in any counseling relationship, but the way that she presented the confiscated objects as her own with pride was not a good look.
