First was an Interview over the phone, 2nd interview was face to face, third interview was a panel interview, then background investigation. The interview was somewhat formal with 3 panel employees that asked me questions related to HR.

Entretien
Very friendly, gave lots of information about the position. Willing to answer any questions I had about the position. Seemed very knowledgeable about all aspects of the company and was easy to have a conversation with. Seemed interested in listening to my responses.
