Applied for position online. It was a three stage interview. Technical phone interview, then face-to-face which consisted of general background & logic test. Then met CIO for a more informal chat. The whole process took about 3 weeks.

Question 1
The technical questions at the first stage was a bit basic, but he did ask a question about JIT compilation which is a bit irrelevant.
