The interview process was simple yet vague. Several virtual interviews (atleast 3-4) over a month long process. HR, themselves are not up to par with administration. I have never seen such a lack of thought and negligence just within email conversations. Atleast two of my virtual interviews were scheduled on days I didn’t choose nor suggest. Olsby doesnt actually read but scans emails which causes a lot of headache and mistakes. STBF dangles you and then doesn’t respond. It would be more effective to give courtesy follow ups to applicants especially if you’ve taken up their time for over a month. The least one could do is give a courtesy follow up. It says a lot about the character of the organization or lack there of and leadership. I’m glad I dodged the bullet. And what’s also annoying is that Olsby constantly speaks about management in pronouns that would be offensive to that said management. The whole organization is a scam. They act like they run on these good morals but truly the core is full of salt
