I was already subbing at the time with STS. For building substitute, I had to interview with the principal and was asked more than I anticipated. I figured because I was already employed with STS it would not be anything crazy. I was asked many teaching scenarios and how I'd respond. Had to provide lots of examples of times I dealt with many types of situations. I am sure the interview would be different for each district. I was in GVSD.
