Simple easy conversation, discussed different options. Interviewer was nice and answers questions I had. No complaints about responsiveness. I had a meeting held via video call and the setup was super simple. Made my first interview not so stressful.

The interview consisted of about 1-2 phone calls with the recruiter and 1 phone with the direct clinical supervisor. Very informal and more so geared towards job needs such as hours, licensure needs, and general area/location of practice (e.g., schools in your area).
