Interview questions included asking about experience with school-based OT, questions regarding working in groups and the IEP process, and about dealing with difficult students. Interviewer was nice and explained the role and responsibilities well.

The phone screening was easy, quick, and fairly standard in terms of questioning. The recruiter seemed to know a lot about the role, but the district had most of the specifics since recruiters aren't local. They were quick to schedule a virtual follow-up interview with the district's manager.
