Interview with HR, then a therapist, then a therapist at the company where I would be working. Overall a good experience. The company tried to prep me for the phone interview for the company that I would be working for. They gave me materials to read and become familiar with.

The phone screening was easy, quick, and fairly standard in terms of questioning. The recruiter seemed to know a lot about the role, but the district had most of the specifics since recruiters aren't local. They were quick to schedule a virtual follow-up interview with the district's manager.
