The interview was two supervisors interviewing me. It was semi formal and a mixture of interview questions and describing what the job entailed. I was also given advance notice that the mental health population could be challenging to work with and they wanted to know specifically why I was choosing the field. SMCN was adamant about hiring employees that truly wanted to make a difference there and not just people looking for a job.
