I had a one-hour Zoom interview with the CEO of The Solution Lab, during which I talked about my research project as a Ph.D. student and my interest in consulting and TSL. We also discussed news and trends in the healthcare/biotech industry. The interviewer was professional and I had a positive interview experience overall.

I got a 25min call, very friendly. It was more a conversation about my background and about why I would like to be an intern at the TSL, what I was expecting to get from the experience, etc.
Then, I was supposed to have a zoom call with the CEO of the TSL as a second round of interview of I got a job offer in the meantime so I cancelled.

Entretien
As I had a referral, I was able to proceed to the second interview stage with the CEO. The interview was well-structured and the questions she asked were fairly standard and helped me feel like she was genuinely trying to assess where my strengths may be best used at TSL. I've heard nothing but positive things about others' experiences working with TSL!
