The tone of the HR Director who conducted the interview was strange and robotic. She mentioned that she was at the company for 10 years (and that any and all processes were created by her) and I could tell that they will not and would not be open to new approaches for the HR team based on this information. She mentioned that she was looking for an HR Generalist (which confused me considering the job title and posting) and this signaled that she may not know how what she is looking for in this role. She also mentioned that the next step would involve an interview (panel) with 10 people for around 4-5 hours in one day (as if this is a C Suite role). Luckily for me, I recognized the red flags immediately and can tell that this person does not know how to conduct and efficient hiring process. I can only imagine what the work environment is like at this place. That was honestly one of the weirdest interviews I have ever had. Trust your gut if you are interviewing for this role or any role with this company.

I thought Krystyna Johnson could of taken more time to interview me, considering we are in the same function (HR). I also find it difficult to hear her and had to ask for her to repeating herself.
