4 hour interview process with 4 different sections. It is a lengthy process because the firm wants to make sure it's a good fit and ensure the candidate has all the information necessary to make the right decision. The candidate will meet with the market leadership team (Associate Directors, Directors, and Managing Directors), internal deployment team (Professional Resource Director), and a professional resource to learn more about direct on the job experience.

After 5 interviews, spending 40+ hours of prep, 4 assessments, etc. I found out I didn’t get the role by looking at Workday. No communication at all. A huge slap in the face. Never experienced this disrespect from a company in my life.
