The first interview was with 2 staff member and the second was with about 7 staff members. They asked the types of questions I had anticipated but did not seem very forthcoming when I asked questions. Also the actual job is very different from what I was led to believe when I was iinterviewing. I offered ideas on what I would do to improve communications in the office and was aked to do an elaborate proposal only for all of my ideas to be turned down. As a senior-level communications manager with over 20 years of experience, I am doing the work of an intern, but in this economy, I'm still glad I got the job.
