Had a screener with recruitment agency. Scheduled a 1 hour face to face interview 2 weeks later at short notice, had a 30 minute informal chat with the hiring director. Feedback given to the agency the same day that they wanted a more commercial candidate. Suit wasn't required at least for a first stage. Asked about bonus and told there wasn't one - but apparently there is a company bonus.
